Advice Night

AI generated representation of a photo critique

We are hosting an Advice Night for all our members to learn, share and improve their photography craft.

During this session, club members who have submited images, or have photography-related questions, will have them reviewed by other members of the club. The Advice can, and likely will, cover topics such as composition, lighting, exposure, camera settings, creative techniques, and post-processing.

It’s a collaborative evening, with more experienced photographers offering guidance while encouraging open discussion and shared learning.

The Advice Night is especially valuable ahead of our upcoming Winter Challenge (deadline Saturday 7 March), giving participants the opportunity to refine their entries and gain constructive feedback.

Whether you’re new to photography or more advanced, evenings like this reflect what our club is all about — learning together in a supportive and inspiring environment.

If you have images you’d like feedback on submit them to Dropbox at https://www.dropbox.com/request/jyBxQgndESeKOYoKKcsu

If you have questions that you’d like answered, you can send them to hello@athlonephotographyclub.com , but you can also bring your questions with you on the night too!
