Easter Island, by Áine Connaughton
Travel photography remains one of the most popular and widely practiced genres in the industry, with millions of photographers worldwide capturing cultures, landscapes, and everyday life across the globe.
In this upcoming session, several of our members will showcase images from their travels, spanning a rich variety of styles including landscape, nature, portraiture, and street photography.
Our main speaker, Áine Rua, will take us on a journey through her year of solo travel, sharing striking images from South America and Southeast Asia.
Áine describes her travel photography as:
A journey across continents, captured through the lens of landscape, nature, and street photography. This collection brings together raw moments—from vast, untouched horizons to the fleeting beauty of everyday life in cities around the world. Each image tells a story of connection, culture, and the diversity of our planet.
Liam will transport us to East Africa with photographs from Uganda and Kenya, while Sébastien and Morgan will explore parts of Europe, including Bulgaria.
In just under two hours, we’ll travel across continents and cultures—experiencing much of the world through the lens of our community.
